Terms and Conditions
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- To be eligible for these promotions, payment of the hearing aids must be made at time of fitting.
- To the extent permitted by law Amplifon can amend, vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions with 14 days notice.
- All offers are available in conjunction with Humm payment plans. Humm terms and conditions apply – see https://www.shophumm.com.au/terms-and-conditions.
- Discount offers are not available with any other offer.
- The promotions are not available to Amplifon employees in combination with existing benefits.
- Conditions apply under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.
(1) Refer A Friend
- New customers that are referred to Attune by a friend are offered 30% the full price of available hearing aid technology during their appointment.
- The 30% discount is available to hearing aid technology for available products at time of fitting from level 2-5. Offer does not include free to client devices.
- Fully Subsidised OHS devices are excluded
- 30% off discount honoured to any new customer to Attune when the referred person completes a free hearing check and quotes the existing customer (friend) that has referred them to Attune, and that customer is successfully identified in the Attune customer list
- The referred person must be:
- New to Attune (has not purchased a prescription product in the previous 8 years and has not completed a hearing check or
- assessment in the previous 2 years)
- Over the age of 18
- Attune reserves the right to change or end the program at any time without notice or notification. Valid at all Attune Hearing clinics.
- Offer is valid for all private pay and HSP customers, Binaural and Monaural.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Valid for one fitting per person.
- Cannot be used for Work Cover and insurance fitting claims.
- Fitting and payment for purchase must be made together for discount to be valid.

(3) Free Trial up to 7 days
- Free trial is subject to a hearing assessment with hearing loss identified
- In the event that the hearing aid/s are damaged or not returned, Attune reserves the right to charge the client up to 100% of the value of the device/s.
- Trial is for up to 7 days.
- Free trial excludes devices fully subsidized by the Hearing Services Program
- 7 day trial begins on the date of the fitting.
- Attune remain the owner of the hearing aid/s during the trial period and until such time they are paid in full.
- The client may not reassign, transfer and/or sell the hearing devices.
- The client agrees to:
o Follow instructions provided by Attune for the proper use of the hearing aids.
o Use the hearing device/s solely for the purpose for which they are intended to be used.
o Properly store the hearing device/s in their storage container provided by Attune, when not in use.
o Not do any act which is likely to damage or alter the condition of the hearing device/s
(4) AIA Health Members
General terms & conditions:
- Conditions apply under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP)
- Offer available throughout the partnership of AIA & Amplifon
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
AIA Health Members Offer
- Offers available to active AIA Health Members.
- AIA Health Members = “any person covered under a private health insurance policy issued by AIA and aged 18 years or over”

(5) Ear Clinic March 2026 Offer
- Client must attend an Ear Clinic run by Attune in the Month of March and fail the hearing screening
- Client must book at the Ear Clinic into an Attune Clinic location and attend the appointment in the month of March 2026.
- Offer starts 1/3/2026 and ends 31/3/2026.
- Client will receive a $50 digital e-voucher issued to them in April 2026.
- Client must provide a valid mobile number or email address during the Ear Clinic to keep on file in order to receive e-voucher.
- Available at any Attune clinic within Australia.
- Maximum 1 (one) $50 voucher per person.
- Not valid with Work Cover, insurance fitting claims and/or other offer/s.
- The e-voucher cannot be redeemable for cash.

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Attune Hearing. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Attune Hearing. Attune Hearing reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Attune Hearing also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent

Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Attune Hearing again, just sign up as you did the first time and Attune Hearing will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply \”STOP\” from the original number, unsubscribe using the link included in our messages (if one is provided), or notify us of your old number at medical@attune.com.au. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrollment with our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

| How to Enter: |
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- book and attend either:
- a hearing check (via an online test or a Bay Audio or Ampli-Retail Touch Screen Hearing assessment); OR
- a hearing screening, hearing assessment or comprehensive hearing test at any Amplifon, Bay Audio, Ampli-Retail or Attune hearing store; and
- (optional) purchase any product from the clinic upon assessment for bonus entries.
Entry(ies) are automatically recorded after the assessment is completed and the client form has been submitted.

| Entries permitted: |
Multiple entries are permitted (based on the assessment obtained on entry):
- The entrant will receive three (3) entries for a Bay or Ampli-Retail Touch Screen assessment.
- The entrant will receive five (5) entries for hearing screening, hearing assessment or comprehensive hearing test completed in clinic (Amplifon, Bay Audio, Ampli-Retail or Attune Hearing store).
- The entrant will receive one (1) entry for online hearing test completion.
Bonus Entries:
- The entrant will receive ten (10) bonus entries if they purchase any product from the clinic upon assessment.
Multiplier Entries:
- Bupa customers who satisfy the above entry requirements will receive double their total entries (includes Bonus Entries).
- On specific Saturdays (i.e. 25/4/26, 23/5/26, 30/5/26, 20/6/26, 27/6/26), all entrants (including Bupa customers) will have all their entries multiplied by three (3) (regardless of the type of appointment completed that day).
For the sake of clarity, an entrant may only obtain one (1) type of assessment (i.e. hearing check or advanced hearing assessment) within the Promotional Period. The same assessment from different clinics will not earn the entrant further entries into the draw.

Draw:
- The draw will take place at Plexus, Level 9, 628 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 12:00 pm AEST on 15/07/26 using computerised random selection.
- The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the prize specified below.
- The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
- If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

- The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and the Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and the Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
- The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date (“Promotional Period”). Where applicable, entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
- Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
- Employees (and their immediate family members) of the participating venues, agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.
- If the winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, they will forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to offer a substitute prize.
- Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.
- No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
- If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
- No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider.
- Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
- Entrants’ personal information will be collected by the Promoter directly or through the Promoter’s agents or contractors. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter’s database. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting entrants electronically. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to run this Promotion and may disclose entrants’ personal information to its related entities and to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as the Philippines. The Promoter may also disclose entrants’ personal information to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. By entering, entrants consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this Promotion. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. - For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner’s surname, initial and postcode of residence.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of a prize, if the Promoter determines in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the physical or mental condition necessary to be able to safely participate in or accept the prize.
- It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize.
- If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
- Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
- If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant’s details (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter’s discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision, acting reasonably, will be final.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or willful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
- Unless otherwise specified, a prize is a single event for the winner (and where relevant their companion) and cannot be separated into individual events or components.
- The winner will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
