Attune Hearing Update: COVID-19/ Coronavirus

Dear Valued Client,

Attune Hearing wanted to provide you with an update on how Attune has and continues to prepare for COVID-19/ Coronavirus, and the steps we are taking to minimise wherever possible any impacts on our valued clients.

We have been actively monitoring and managing risks in our clinics associated with a potential outbreak for our people, clients and our business by following the guidelines as set out by the public health authorities. As we prepare and respond, our number one priority has been the safety of you our clients and our employees. We want to ensure you that the same health and safety policies apply to Attune clients and employees on our premises as do for other medical communities.

Attune Clinics are located across a broad geography and in some cases our employees can work remotely, if and when the need arises, to assist you our client by way of telephone or skype calls. Attune IT has been working for the last month to ensure our delivery and network operations are located diversely across the nation and we have the capability to continue to provide some of our services to you remotely.

In response to COVID-19, we have introduced additional safeguards in our clinics as outlined by the public health authorities to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 before you our valued client enter the clinic.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will keep you notified of any material adjustments we make in the way we provide services to you.
